This well organised logbook offers a convenient and structured way to track your fitness and workout progress. Monitoring your workouts is necessary to assess your progress and achieve your goals. With this logbook, you can easily record your workouts, track your progress and stay motivated for your fitness journey.
This logbook consists of 105 pages and is A4 sized. It is organised in the following format:
Section 1: Fitness goals and deadlines record
The first two pages provide spaces for outlining 10 goals along with the deadlines for achieving them.
Section 2: 10 Progress tracker pages
These pages provide a grid to track the measurements of the areas that you are likely to work on such as the shoulders, chest, right upper arm, left upper arm, right upper arm, right forearm, left forearm, waist, hips, right thigh, left high, right calf and left calf. There is also an entry for recording your weight and body fat percentage.
Section 3: 90 pages of exercise trackers
These pages contain a grid for logging the exercise type you are undertaking for each session and the cycle of sets that you perform for each. You can also record the cardio exercises you do along with the level, time and calories burned.
